Security that reports back to the person responsible

Business owners and facility managers want three things from a security company: the alarm answered every time, somebody on site when it matters, and a record of what happened. Secura does all three from Vermont, for retail, medical, club, industrial and office sites across Melbourne’s east.

By sector

The same job looks different in every industry

A golf club’s night is nothing like a pharmacy’s. These are the sectors we know, and roughly how the pieces go together in each.

Retail and trade stores

Stock that walks, after-hours break-ins, staff opening alone. Monitored alarms with open and close reporting, cameras over registers and stock, and a patrol that checks the roller doors overnight.

Medical and allied health

Drugs, records and equipment behind doors that must stay locked but never trap anyone. Access control with schedules, duress buttons at reception, and a monitored alarm the practice manager can arm from a phone.

Golf and sporting clubs

Large grounds, bars with cash, sheds full of machinery and a committee that wants a report. Patrol rounds of the grounds and sheds, cameras at the pro shop and bar, and keyholder service so nobody drives out at 2 am.

Manufacturing and warehousing

Perimeter and loading-dock coverage, number-plate capture at the gate, alarm zones that match how shifts use the building, and patrol attendance logged for the insurer.

Fuel and convenience

Sites that never fully close and staff who work alone. Duress alarms straight to the control room, cameras positioned for the forecourt and the counter, and a response plan the staff know.

Offices and showrooms

Fobs instead of keys for a changing team, a front door on a schedule, cameras at reception and the car park, and a monitored alarm that reports who armed it and when.

For facility managers

Built for the person who has to answer for it

Reports you can forward

Every alarm event and patrol attendance comes as a written record with times and findings. Insurers, auditors and head office get what they ask for without a phone call to us.

Open and close reporting

Know when the site was armed and disarmed and by whom. Late-to-close and fail-to-open alerts catch the night a manager forgets.

Keyholder service

Patrol officers hold keys securely and attend activations, so your staff are not keyholders and the 2 am call goes to us.

One contact for many sites

Multi-site businesses get one account, one invoice, one person who knows all the sites. Add a site and it joins the same plan.

Questions

Commercial clients usually ask

Can you take on a site that already has equipment from another provider?
Yes. We assess what is there, re-point the alarm to our control room where the panel allows it, and quote only what genuinely needs replacing. Check the notice period in your current monitoring contract first.
Do you do multi-site businesses?
Yes. Several clients run more than one site with us. Each gets its own response plan and keyholders, and the business gets one account and one point of contact.
What does a commercial monitoring and patrol package cost?
It depends on the site, the response you want and how often patrols attend, so it is priced after a conversation about the premises rather than from a list. The assessment and the quote are free.
Are patrol attendances verified?
Yes. Patrol vehicles are GPS-tracked and officers log arrival, findings and departure on a mobile data terminal, so the report you receive is backed by the vehicle’s position.

Want a second opinion on the site’s security?

A free assessment covers what is there, what is missing and what it would cost to fix. No obligation, and no pressure to replace what works.
